I’ve had my brows done by Louie twice now and have been happy with the results both times. She’s friendly, honest and never pushy. What I really appreciate is that she doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, unlike some brow artists I’ve visited before. Louie focuses on what suits you and creates brows that look soft and natural. My last session was in August 2023, and I’m still very satisfied with how my brows have held up and looked over time. Definitely someone I trust with my brows.

This is my third time back at Brow Your Way because I absolutely love Louie’s work. She has such skilled and steady hands, and always gives me symmetrical brows with just the right thickness and colour I like. She’s also friendly and easy to communicate with, so discussing my preferred style feels effortless, and her advice is always helpful. The space is clean, cosy and comfortable, and it’s only a short walk from Kaki Bukit MRT. Her prices are also very reasonable, which makes regular touch-ups much more sustainable.

I had such a wonderful eyebrow embroidery experience with Louie. She was approachable, patient and incredibly thoughtful throughout the session. I was worried about the pain because of my previous experiences, but Louie listened carefully and reapplied numbing cream several times without me even asking. To my surprise, the whole process was completely painless. She also gave me the exact shape and shade I wanted. Ten days later, my brows are healing beautifully and I’ve received so many compliments.
