Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Brow Your Way website and our services. By booking an appointment, you agree to them. Business registration (UEN): 53469224M.
Who we can treat
Our services are available to clients aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, we can treat you only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be contactable and must agree to the treatment before we begin. We may ask for proof of age.
Bookings and deposits
- All appointments are by prior arrangement, confirmed over WhatsApp.
- A $20 deposit (by PayNow) is required to secure your slot, and is deducted from your final price.
- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show, or a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice.
- The deposit is also not returned once your appointment has begun. Your session starts with the design, not the pigment: we map and draw the proposed shape onto your skin, and that work is part of what the deposit pays for. If you see the drawing and decide not to go ahead, we will stop there and nothing permanent is done, but the deposit is forfeited.
- Current prices are always listed on our pricing page.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule without losing your deposit. We understand that emergencies happen, so please get in touch as early as you can.
Late arrival
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and the studio works with one client at a time. If you arrive significantly late, we may need to shorten your session, or reschedule it and treat it as a late cancellation, with the deposit forfeited. This is at our discretion, and we would always rather reschedule than rush your brows.
Suitability, health, and allergies
Semi-permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone. It is not carried out during pregnancy, and if you are breastfeeding we ask you to wait until your baby is at least three months old. Certain skin conditions, medical conditions and medications may also make the treatment unsuitable.
You agree to give us accurate and complete health information at your consultation. This includes any allergies, and any previous reaction to pigments, tattoo inks, dyes, anaesthetics or numbing agents. We do not carry out patch tests. An allergic or adverse reaction to pigment or numbing cream is uncommon but cannot be excluded, and we rely on what you tell us. If you have any doubt, please consult your doctor before booking.
Our right to decline
We may decline to carry out a treatment, before or on the day, where we believe it is not safe or not suitable for you, where the result you are asking for is not achievable, or where your expectations cannot honestly be met. Faces are naturally asymmetrical, and perfectly identical brows are not something brow embroidery can deliver. We would rather turn a booking away than proceed knowing you will be unhappy. Where we decline before your appointment has begun, we will return your deposit. Once the appointment has begun, the deposit is not returned, whether the decision to stop is yours or ours.
Results
Every person heals differently, and results vary with skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. We design your brows with you, and we do not begin until you have approved the drawn shape, but we cannot guarantee a specific final outcome. Following the aftercare guidance is essential to your result. We make no medical claims about our services.
Corrections and existing work
Where we work over brow embroidery carried out elsewhere, results are less predictable and are limited by what is already in your skin. In particular, where existing pigment has faded to a reddish tone, we can usually correct the colour, but that redness sits underneath and will gradually become visible again as the new pigment fades. We will tell you honestly what is realistic before we begin. A correction is an improvement, not a removal.
Touch-ups
Touch-ups are not bundled into the price of a new session. They are optional, and are charged at tiered rates that step up with the time since your session, listed on our pricing page. Touch-up rates are for existing clients of ours; standard pricing applies to work originally done elsewhere.
Photographs
We may take photographs of your brows as part of your treatment record. We will never publish an identifiable image of you without your separate written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. See our privacy policy for detail.
